Key Responsibilities
✔Website Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain responsive company websites and brand portals on WordPress.
✔Custom Theme & Plugin Customization: Customize WordPress themes, Elementor layouts, and custom post types to match brand identity.
✔Speed & Performance Optimization: Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed scores, caching, and code minification for fast load times.
✔Technical SEO Implementation: Set up meta tags, XML sitemaps, canonical links, clean URL structures, and Google Schema markup.
✔UI/UX Enhancement: Create user-friendly, mobile-first layouts, landing pages, and intuitive user interfaces.
✔Website Security & Backups: Implement SSL certificates, malware protection, routine updates, and regular database backups.
✔Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure seamless design rendering across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and mobile OS platforms.
✔Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve broken links, code errors, hosting issues, and plugin conflicts promptly.
✔Analytics Integration: Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and tracking scripts.
✔Content Updates: Manage ongoing website content updates, product page launches, and banner media uploads.
Required Skills
✔WordPress Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and theme builders.
✔Core Front-End Languages: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and basic PHP/MySQL.
✔Responsive Layout Design: Solid knowledge of mobile-first frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind) and responsive UI practices.
✔Technical SEO Fundamentals: Working knowledge of Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, and SEO plugins (RankMath / Yoast).
✔Web Graphic Handling: Ability to slice, crop, and compress assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
✔Hosting & cPanel Management: Practical experience with cPanel, domain pointing, DNS records (A, MX, CNAME), and server migration.
✔E-Commerce Basics: Familiarity with shopping cart functionality, payment gateway integrations, and product catalogs.
✔Solving & Work Ethic: Excellent debugging skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines.
Educational Qualification
✔Degree: B.E. / B.Tech (IT/CS), BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT), or a recognized diploma/certification in Web Development / Computer Applications.
✔Experience: 0 to 2 Years in active website development
