Key Responsibilities
✔Custom Web Development: Design, code, and maintain responsive web pages and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.  
✔Front-End Styling & UI: Create pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive user interfaces and landing pages across various screen sizes.  ✔
✔Back-End & Database Scripting: Develop lightweight PHP backend scripts, custom form handlers, and manage MySQL databases.
✔Speed & Performance Tuning: Optimize website loading speed, minification of CSS/JS, and image assets for sub-3-second page loads.  
✔Technical SEO Implementation: Integrate structured meta tags, Google Schema, XML sitemaps, and clean URL routing.  
✔Cross-Browser Testing: Test and debug website features across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and mobile platforms.  
✔Security Maintenance: Implement SSL certificates, web security best practices, form sanitization, and routine database backups.  
✔Code Optimization & Clean Code: Write structured, well-documented, clean, and reusable code following industry standards.
✔Third-Party API & Script Integration: Integrate Google Tag Manager, GA4, tracking pixels, and RESTful APIs into existing sites.  
✔Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify, isolate, and fix front-end layout bugs, broken links, and PHP server scripts quickly.  

Required Skills
✔Core Front-End: Deep working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.  
✔Core Back-End: Solid understanding of PHP fundamentals, server-side scripting, and MySQL database queries.  
✔Responsive UI Frameworks: Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or media queries for fluid layouts.  
✔Technical SEO Fundamentals: Familiarity with Google Search Console, page speed auditing tools, and on-page SEO.  
✔Web Graphic Handling: Ability to crop, optimize, and export web graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.  
✔Hosting & cPanel Management: Practical exposure to cPanel, FTP/SFTP file transfers, DNS management, and web domain setup.  
✔Version Control & Tools: Basic understanding of Git or file management tools.
✔Problem Solving & Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, attention to visual detail, good communication, and team collaboration.  

Educational Qualification
✔Degree: B.E. / B.Tech (IT/CS), BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT), or a diploma/certification in Web Development / Software Engineering.  
✔Experience: 0 to 2 Years in core web development.
