Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IPQA & Quality Control Executive to oversee in-process quality assurance (IPQA) and quality control (QC) activities across manufacturing stages. This role ensures products meet required specifications and comply with GMP and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:
In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA):
✔Monitor manufacturing and packaging activities in real-time to ensure compliance with GMP.
✔Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and environmental monitoring.
✔Ensure proper documentation of BMRs, BPRs, logbooks, and deviation reports.
✔Identify and escalate non-conformities and support CAPA implementation.

Quality Control (QC):
✔Sample and test raw materials, packaging components, in-process, and finished products.
✔Operate analytical instruments (e.g., pH meter, viscometer, weighing balances).
✔Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as per schedule.
✔Review COAs and ensure product release complies with internal quality standards.

Education:
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related science field.

Experience:
✔Minimum 2–4 years in IPQA and QC roles within a cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or oral care manufacturing environment.

Required Skills:
Hard Skills:
✔Knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, BIS, etc.)
✔Familiarity with analytical testing and documentation standards.
✔Proficiency in using lab equipment and quality tools.

Soft Skills:
✔Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
✔Excellent communication and team collaboration.
✔Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
