Supply Chain Operations Intern – Manufacturing Company | Ahmedabad

HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Intern to assist in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, and B2B Client Coordination. This role is ideal for freshers, students, and candidates seeking hands-on experience in Operations and Logistics Support.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Tracking, and Logistics Coordination
• Support Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Help in Client Servicing, Client Coordination, and Customer Support
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Learn Supply Chain & B2B Manufacturing Best Practices

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers or interns with interest in Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations, B2B Coordination, and Back Office Support can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Supply Chain Knowledge
