Job Description

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, toothpaste, and personal care manufacturing, offering customized third party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and private label solutions for growing cosmetic and personal care brands.

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and quality hiring for our growing manufacturing and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for factory, production, quality, packing, warehouse, sales, marketing, admin, HR, and office roles.
Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, references, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers for smooth recruitment closure.
Prepare and publish job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Google Jobs, and other hiring platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussion, offer coordination, and joining confirmation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring reports.
Support manpower planning by understanding department-wise hiring needs.
Improve candidate experience throughout the complete hiring process.
Support employer branding activities to attract quality talent for HCP Wellness.
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and timely communication during recruitment activities.

Required Skills
Strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and candidate sourcing.
Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to hire for manufacturing, factory, production, sales, marketing, admin, and corporate positions.
Excellent communication, coordination, and candidate follow-up skills.
Strong resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation ability.
Good understanding of HR processes, manpower planning, and recruitment reporting.
Ability to manage multiple open positions with timely hiring closures.
Strong negotiation skills for salary discussion and offer coordination.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
Target-oriented mindset with ownership, discipline, and professional attitude.

Educational Qualification
MBA in HR / PGDM in HR / MHRM preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years
