Talent Acquisition Executive Job in Bavla, Ahmedabad – HCP Wellness Private Limited

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, toothpaste, and personal care manufacturing, offering customized third party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and private label solutions for growing cosmetic and personal care brands.

We are hiring a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring support for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, office, production, quality, sales, marketing, admin, and technical roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, references, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.
Prepare and publish job posts on job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring reports.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussion, offer coordination, and joining confirmation.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Support manpower planning and coordinate with internal departments for hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to joining.
Assist in employer branding activities to attract quality talent.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
Good experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and candidate sourcing.
Strong knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Ability to hire for manufacturing, factory, corporate, sales, marketing, and technical positions.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good resume screening and interview scheduling ability.
Basic understanding of HR processes, manpower planning, and recruitment reports.
Ability to manage multiple job openings at the same time.
Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking.
Target-oriented mindset with ownership, discipline, and professional attitude.

Educational Qualification
MBA in HR / PGDM in HR / MHRM preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years
