HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India. We manufacture skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste products with third party and contract manufacturing solutions.
We are hiring a Store Executive – Packaging Material to manage packaging material store activities for cartons, sleeves, labels, stickers, and printed packing materials.
Key Responsibilities
✔Receive packaging materials from vendors.
✔Check quantity, item code, product name, and artwork details.
✔Coordinate with QC for material checking and approval.
✔Store cartons, sleeves, labels, and packaging materials safely.
✔Maintain approved, rejected, hold, and under-check material status.
✔Issue packaging materials to production as per requirement.
✔Follow FIFO system for stock movement.
✔Maintain GRN, inward, outward, stock, and issue records.
✔Check balance stock, wastage, and returned material.
✔Inform the team about shortage, damage, or low stock.
Required Skills
✔Basic knowledge of store or inventory management.
✔Understanding of packaging materials is preferred.
✔Good counting and checking skills.
✔Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
✔Knowledge of FIFO and stock control.
✔Good documentation skills.
✔Attention to detail.
✔Ability to coordinate with QC, production, purchase, and planning teams.
✔Freshers with a learning attitude can apply.
Educational Qualification
✔12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
Experience
✔Fresher to 2 Years
