HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring for the position of Packaging Store Executive – Cosmetic Manufacturing based in Bavla.
We are hiring a detail-oriented Store Executive / Assistant at our Bavla plant. You will manage the inventory, storage, and issuance of packaging materials, specifically focusing on Cartons and Sleeves for skincare, hair care, and toothpaste production lines.
Key Responsibilities
✔Inward Inspection: Receive and verify incoming cartons, sleeves, and boxes against purchase orders and delivery challans.
✔Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system or Excel sheets.
✔FIFO Management: Organize materials using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods to ensure material freshness.
✔Production Support: Issue precise packaging quantities to the production floor based on the Bill of Materials (BOM).
✔Quality Coordination: Move new stock to quarantine and coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for clearance.
✔Stock Audits: Participate in regular physical stock counting and inventory verification.
✔Shop Floor Returns: Log and verify unused packaging materials returned from the production lines.
✔Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, dust-free, and organized PM store according to GMP standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or Diploma in Store Management preferred).
✔Experience: 0 to 2 years in store operations. Experience in Cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG is a plus.
✔Knowledge: Basic understanding of printed cartons, corrugated boxes, and shrink sleeves.
✔Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel or entry-level ERP software.
✔Core Skills: Strong numerical counting skills, high attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
