Label Security: Maintain strict control over label inventory to ensure different product variations do not get mixed up.
Inventory Audits: Participate actively in weekly and monthly physical stock counts to maintain 100% record accuracy.
Production Returns: Receive, count, and log unused packaging materials returned from the packaging lines after a batch is completed.
Store Maintenance: Keep the packaging store clean, dust-free, and compliant with GMP manufacturing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.A.) or 12th Pass with relevant store experience.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in store operations. Experience handling printed packaging items (cartons/labels) in Cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG is highly preferred.
Mathematical Skills: Strong basic counting and arithmetic skills for verifying bulk sheet and roll quantities.
Attention to Detail: Sharp eyesight to spot printing errors, design changes, color mismatches, or text variations.
Computer Basics: Comfortable with basic computer handling, specifically updating Microsoft Excel sheets.
