HCP Wellness Private Limited is a premier, ISO-certified cosmetic manufacturer in Ahmedabad specializing in oral, skin, and hair care. We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our HR team at the Bavla plant. You will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across R&D, production, and corporate functions using major job portals to scale our production teams.
We are hiring a focused and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, talent pipeline building, and hiring support for our growing manufacturing and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding talent across technical, manufacturing, and executive teams.
Sourcing & Channel Strategy: Utilize job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), employee referrals, headhunting, and specialized professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Plant & Technical Hiring: Execute high-volume and specialized technical recruitment tailored for manufacturing environments, specifically targeting roles in Cosmetic Production, R&D, Quality Control (QC/QA), and Supply Chain.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with Plant Managers and Department Heads to gather precise role requirements, define key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recruitment progress updates.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate competency, professional culture fit, compensation alignment, and notice period technicalities.
Offer Management & Negotiation: Formulate, negotiate, and deliver competitive compensation structures in line with industry benchmarks and internal budgetary allocations.
Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate a seamless pre-boarding engagement and formal corporate onboarding journey to ensure high joiner-retention rates and smooth transition into plant culture.
ATS & Database Upkeep: Systematically track, maintain, and update the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and talent databases to optimize time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
Employer Branding: Represent HCP Wellness at external recruitment events, job fairs, and digital platforms to elevate our positioning as an employer of choice in the personal care manufacturing industry.
Required Skills & Competencies
Sourcing Mastery: Advanced hands-on expertise in boolean search strings, headhunting, and portal optimization across Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Industry Exposure: Prior experience executing technical or operational recruitment within the Cosmetic, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Gujarati is highly advantageous for localized plant operations.
Interviewing Acumen: Strong competency in using behavioral and structural interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate skillsets accurately.
Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of managing compound salary negotiations, notice periods, and multi-offer scenarios gracefully.
ATS Proficiency: Comfortable working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Keka) and Microsoft Excel/Office suite.
Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple urgent requisitions simultaneously, prioritize delivery, and excel under strict project timelines.
Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with high-level candidates and collaborate seamlessly with multi-functional department heads.
Educational Qualification
Primary Requirement: MBA in Human Resources, Master's in Human Resource Management (MHRM),
or a related PG Diploma in HR.
