Recruitment Consultant Job in Bavla, Ahmedabad – HCP Wellness Private Limited

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, toothpaste, and personal care manufacturing, offering customized third party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and private label solutions for growing cosmetic and personal care brands.

We are hiring a professional and result-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, resume screening, interview scheduling, and hiring support for our growing manufacturing and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment support for factory, production, quality, packing, warehouse, sales, marketing, admin, HR, finance, and office roles.
Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, references, consultants, local hiring channels, and internal databases.
Understand job requirements from department heads and prepare suitable candidate search strategies.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, department heads, supervisors, and management teams.
Prepare and publish job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, and other recruitment platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, hiring reports, and recruitment MIS.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussion, offer coordination, and joining confirmation.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Support manpower planning by coordinating with internal departments for role-wise recruitment needs.
Ensure timely recruitment closure with quality hiring standards.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all recruitment activities.

Required Skills
Good experience in recruitment consulting, talent acquisition, hiring, and candidate sourcing.
Strong knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Ability to recruit for manufacturing, factory, production, sales, marketing, admin, HR, finance, and corporate roles.
Excellent communication, coordination, and candidate follow-up skills.
Strong resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation ability.
Good understanding of manpower planning, recruitment reporting, and HR coordination.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and recruitment priorities at the same time.
Good negotiation skills for salary discussion and offer coordination.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
Target-oriented mindset with ownership, discipline, and professional attitude.

Educational Qualification
MBA in HR / PGDM in HR / MHRM preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Certification in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing will be an added advantage.

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years
