Quality Control Microbiologist – QC Microbiologist

Leading manufacturer based on Ahmedabad is viewing for a passionate Microbiologist who can work in cosmetics, skin care, personal care and Ayurvedic products by coordinating with various departments and achieve their goals on assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
(a) Approve sampling and inspection of all the incoming raw materials to determine the microbial growth
(b) Maintain and record the microbes’ growth and all other batch reports of testing like incoming raw material, packaging material on daily basis
(c) Approve the in process production materials by confirming the specification and conducting the necessary lab tests
(d) Communicating with other departments for inspection, chemical, stability testing, fumigation and further process
(e) Responsible for other QC related works like calibration report of all laboratory instruments
(f) Prepare and develop all the products as per the SOP’s and Flowcharts

Required skill:
(a) Must have Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Excel & Word
(b) Interact with Purchase, Stock, Manufacturing, Packing line and QA/QC Department
(c) Research & study of raw materials and packaging materials
(d) Prepare documents
(e) To achieve all the master protocols and establish the health and safety standards
