HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for responsible and detail-oriented candidates for Quality Control jobs at our Bavla, Ahmedabad manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will support quality inspection, material testing, documentation, and quality control activities for cosmetic, skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste products.
This job is ideal for candidates who want to start or grow their career in QC, analytical testing, packaging inspection, raw material testing, finished product checking, and manufacturing quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality control checks for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
Support raw material testing and packaging material inspection as per approved specifications.
Check bottles, tubes, jars, caps, labels, cartons, pumps, stickers, and other packaging components.
Assist in physical, chemical, visual, and analytical testing activities as per SOP.
Prepare and maintain QC records, test reports, inspection reports, rejection reports, and quality documentation.
Verify material quality as per approved samples, artwork, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify and report defects, deviations, non-conformance, damage, leakage, shade variation, and printing errors.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA, R&D, purchase, and vendor teams for quality-related activities.
Follow GMP, GLP, SOP, hygiene, safety, and quality control practices during daily work.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of QC instruments, testing tools, samples, and laboratory materials.
Support senior QC and QA team members during audits, documentation checks, and quality system activities.
Ensure accurate reporting and timely communication of quality observations.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of quality control, QC testing, and laboratory practices.
Understanding of raw material testing, packaging material testing, and inspection process.
Knowledge of cosmetic, personal care, oral care, toothpaste, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing will be an advantage.
Ability to follow SOPs, specifications, test methods, and quality documents.
Good observation skills for identifying defects, damage, leakage, shade variation, and printing issues.
Basic knowledge of GMP, GLP, QC documentation, and quality compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in testing, checking, and reporting.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining QC records and reports.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing plant environment.
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma, or any relevant science, pharmacy, chemistry, or quality background. Freshers can apply.
