HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring for the position of Quality Assurance Officer | 0-2 Yr | B.Pharm / M.Pharm | Cosmetic Manufacturing Plant based in Bavla.
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Officer for our cosmetic manufacturing plant in Bavla, Ahmedabad. This role is suitable for B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who want to build a strong career in Quality Assurance, IPQA, GMP documentation, and cosmetic manufacturing quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, labeling, packing, and dispatch stages.
Conduct line clearance before starting manufacturing, filling, packaging, labeling, and coding activities.
Verify batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, logbooks, formats, and quality documents.
Check product appearance, weight, quantity, coding, labeling, sealing, packing quality, and finished goods presentation.
Monitor GMP, hygiene, safety, and quality compliance on the production floor.
Report deviations, non-conformities, quality issues, and process observations to the senior QA team.
Support sampling, inspection, and documentation activities as per company quality procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Packing, QC, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth quality operations.
Ensure products are manufactured and packed as per approved specifications and quality standards.
Maintain proper records for IPQA checks, line clearance, sampling, inspection, and batch verification.
Support internal audits, quality checks, corrective action, and preventive action follow-ups.
Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, safety rules, and quality assurance procedures.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance, IPQA, GMP, and cosmetic manufacturing quality systems.
Good understanding of documentation, records, formats, SOPs, and checklists.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing, filling, labeling, packing, and inspection processes.
Ability to follow quality procedures and production floor instructions.
Good coordination skills with Production, QC, Packing, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
Willingness to work in a cosmetic manufacturing plant environment.
Disciplined, responsible, punctual, and eager to learn quality assurance processes.
