Position Overview:
The IPQA Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that quality standards are consistently met throughout in-process manufacturing. This position is responsible for real-time monitoring of production and packaging lines, verifying that processes adhere to established SOPs and regulatory standards, and implementing corrective actions when deviations occur.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging stages
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
✔Review and verify batch manufacturing and packing records
✔Identify and report non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
✔Conduct line clearance, sampling, and documentation as per SOPs
✔Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse departments to ensure product quality
✔Maintain documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections
✔Provide on-the-floor training to production staff on quality protocols

Hard Skills:
✔Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards
✔Proficiency in documentation control, line clearance, batch record review
✔Hands-on experience with cosmetics and oral care manufacturing QA protocols
✔Understanding of root cause analysis and CAPA management

Education:
✔B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related sciences, or
✔B.Pharm/M.Pharm from a recognized institution

Preferred Experience:
✔Minimum 2 years of IPQA experience in cosmetics, skin care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
