HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst for packaging material inspection and testing. The selected candidate will check packaging materials used in cosmetic, skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste manufacturing.
This role is suitable for freshers who want to start a career in packaging QC, quality control, cosmetic packaging testing, and GMP documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect bottles, tubes, jars, caps, pumps, labels, cartons, stickers, and laminated tubes.
Check packaging materials as per approved samples, artwork, shade cards, and specifications.
Verify dimensions, print quality, color shade, sealing, and physical condition.
Identify defects like leakage, scratches, dents, color mismatch, and printing errors.
Support inward packaging material inspection and approval process.
Prepare QC reports, inspection records, rejection reports, and testing documents.
Maintain approved samples, reference standards, and packaging QC records.
Report non-conforming materials to senior QC or QA team.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, QA, purchase, R&D, and vendors.
Follow GMP, SOP, hygiene, safety, and quality control practices.
Support audits, documentation checks, and packaging quality reviews.
Assist in packaging quality improvement activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of packaging material inspection.
Understanding of quality control and QC documentation.
Ability to check artwork, shade, dimensions, and approved samples.
Good observation skills for packaging defects.
Basic knowledge of GMP and SOP will be an advantage.
Accuracy in testing, reporting, and record keeping.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn cosmetic packaging QC.
Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma in Packaging, Diploma in Printing Technology, or relevant science background. Freshers are welcome.
