Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Control Analyst – Packaging Material to join our QC team in Bavla, Ahmedabad. This entry‑level role is perfect for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in FMCG or cosmetics. You will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and documenting packaging materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and support smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging material testing for FMCG and cosmetic products
Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished goods
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company SOPs
Maintain QC documentation and reports accurately
Collaborate with production and procurement teams for material approvals
Inspect packaging components (tubes, bottles, cartons, labels)
Identify defects and recommend corrective actions
Support audits and regulatory inspections
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for packaging quality
Ensure adherence to lab safety and hygiene protocols
Required Skills
Knowledge of packaging materials (plastic, paper, laminates, etc.)
Familiarity with quality control processes
Ability to use lab instruments for material testing
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
Basic knowledge of FMCG/cosmetic industry standards
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Educational Qualification
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Packaging Technology, or related discipline
Experience Required
