Production & Operations Executive Job in Ahmedabad

HCP Wellness is looking for a dedicated Production & Operations Executive to oversee daily production activities and operational processes at our manufacturing facility in Bavla, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will coordinate production planning, inventory management, quality compliance, and cross-functional operations to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of skincare, hair care, oral care, toothpaste, and personal care products.

Key Responsibilities
✔Plan and coordinate daily production and manufacturing operations.
✔Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time order completion.
✔Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
✔Track raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, ISO standards, and company quality policies.
✔Maintain production reports, operational records, and ERP documentation.
✔Monitor production efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities.
✔Support production planning for private label, OEM, ODM, and contract manufacturing projects.
✔Coordinate machine utilization and workforce planning.
✔Resolve day-to-day production and operational issues.
✔Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Required Skills
✔Minimum 2+ years of experience in production and manufacturing operations.
✔Knowledge of cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing.
✔Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management.
✔Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
✔Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and manufacturing quality systems.
✔Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
✔Strong organizational and documentation skills.
✔Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
✔Candidates with experience in cosmetic or FMCG manufacturing will be given preference.
