Pouching Machine Operator Jobs

Job Overview:

HCP Wellness Private Limited is seeking a skilled Pouching Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining pouching machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality packaging for our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Set up, operate, and troubleshoot pouching machines to ensure smooth production.
✔Monitor the machine’s performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
✔Inspect pouches for defects, ensuring compliance with company standards.
✔Maintain production records, including machine settings, output, and maintenance logs.
✔Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to prevent downtime.
✔Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
✔Work collaboratively with the production and quality teams to improve efficiency.
✔Identify and report any mechanical issues or production inefficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✔Experience in operating pouching or packaging machines in a manufacturing environment.
✔Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
✔Understanding of quality control procedures in a cosmetics or skincare manufacturing setting.
✔Ability to read and interpret production schedules, machine manuals, and SOPs.

Soft Skills:

✔Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✔Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
✔Adaptability to a fast-paced production environment.

Education & Certifications:

✔High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔Technical certification in machine operation or manufacturing is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

✔1-3 years of experience as a pouching machine operator or in a similar role.
✔Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or oral care industry preferred.
