HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring for the position of PM Store Officer – Packaging Material based in Bavla.

Job Description

We are looking for a focused PM Store Officer to join our inventory team at our Bavla plant. You will oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of all packaging materials—with a primary focus on Cartons and Sleeves—for our skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities
Material Receipt: Supervise the physical unloading and verification of cartons, shrink sleeves, and labels against delivery challans.
Inventory Records: Maintain clean, error-free stock entries (inward/outward) in the ERP system or Excel.
FIFO Implementation: Organize the storage layout strictly using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods.
Production Issuance: Kit and issue packaging components to the shop floor matching the batch Bill of Materials (BOM).
QC Coordination: Keep new arrivals in quarantine and track status updates with the Quality Control team.
Stock Auditing: Lead weekly and monthly physical stock counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
Material Returns: Re-verify and log unused packaging materials returned from the production line.
GMP Compliance: Keep the PM store clean, dust-free, and organized according to manufacturing guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or Diploma in Material/Store Management.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in store operations. Experience in Cosmetic, Pharma, or FMCG plants is highly preferred.
Material Knowledge: Understanding of printed cartons, outer boxes, and PVC/PET packaging sleeves.
Software Skills: Comfortable using MS Excel or basic ERP software for stock management.
Core Strengths: Excellent numerical/counting skills, attention to print defects, and structural discipline.
