HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring for the position of Packaging Material Store Executive – Carton, Sleeves & Labels | Skincare & Haircare Industry based in Bavla.
We are looking for a reliable Packaging Material Store Executive to manage cartons, sleeves, and labels inventory at our skincare and haircare manufacturing plant in Bavla, Ahmedabad.
Key responsibilities
✔Receive and inspect packaging materials — mono cartons, BOPP sleeves, shrink sleeves, and printed labels — against purchase orders and challans
✔Prepare GRN entries in ERP, SAP, or manual registers on the day of receipt
✔Store materials in designated bin locations using FIFO and FEFO inventory principles
✔Issue cartons, sleeves, and labels to production as per work orders and material requisition slips
✔Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
✔Quarantine and report damaged or non-conforming materials to QC and procurement
✔Maintain bin labels, shelf tags, and location maps for full audit readiness
✔Coordinate with production planning to avoid stock-outs or surplus
✔Keep the PM store clean and compliant with GMP and safety standards
✔Prepare daily stock movement reports for the store manager

Qualification
