Job Description

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste manufacturing with customized third party manufacturing and contract manufacturing solutions for growing personal care brands.

We are hiring a PM Store Executive – Carton and Sleeves to manage packaging material store activities for cartons, sleeves, labels, printed packaging materials, and related packing components used in cosmetic manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
✔Receive cartons, sleeves, labels, and packaging materials from vendors.
✔Check material quantity, item code, product name, and artwork details.
✔Coordinate with QC for material inspection and approval.
✔Store cartons and sleeves safely to avoid damage, dust, or mix-up.
✔Maintain approved, rejected, hold, and under-check material status.
✔Issue packaging materials to production as per requirement.
✔Follow FIFO system for stock movement.
✔Maintain inward, outward, GRN, stock, and issue records.
✔Check balance stock, wastage, and material return after production.
✔Inform the team about shortage, damage, or low stock.

Required Skills
✔Basic knowledge of PM Store or packaging material store.
✔Understanding of cartons, sleeves, labels, and printed packaging.
✔Good counting and checking skills.
✔Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
✔Knowledge of FIFO and inventory control.
✔Good documentation skills.
✔Attention to detail.
✔Ability to coordinate with QC, production, purchase, and planning teams.
✔Freshers with a learning attitude can apply.

Educational Qualification
✔12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.

Experience
✔Fresher to 2 Years
