HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring for the position of PM Store Executive – Carton & Sleeves | FMCG / Cosmetics | Fresher to 2 Years based in Bavla.
We are hiring a detail-oriented and dependable PM Store Executive to manage packaging material inventory — specifically cartons and sleeves — at our Bavla FMCG cosmetics manufacturing plant. This is a ground-level, hands-on role critical to ensuring smooth production flow.
Key responsibilities
✔Receive, inspect, and accept inbound packaging materials — mono cartons, folding cartons, BOPP sleeves, and shrink sleeves — against purchase orders and delivery challans
✔Prepare and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries accurately in ERP, SAP, or manual registers on the same day of receipt
✔Store all packaging material in designated bin locations following FIFO and FEFO principles to minimize wastage and expiry risk
✔Issue cartons, sleeves, and other PM items to production lines as per work orders, BOM (Bill of Materials), and authorized material requisition slips
✔Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock counts and reconcile inventory against system or register records
✔Identify, quarantine, and report damaged, short-supplied, or non-conforming packaging material to QC and procurement teams for timely corrective action
✔Maintain proper bin labelling, shelf tagging, and location mapping within the PM store for full traceability and audit readiness
✔Coordinate with the production planning team to forecast material requirements and avoid stock-outs or surplus build-up
✔Ensure the PM store is clean, organized, and fully compliant with GMP housekeeping and safety standards at all times
✔Prepare daily and weekly stock movement reports and share with the store manager or plant head as required

Educational qualification
