Urgent Opening: PM Store Executive (Carton & Sleeves Experience)

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India. We manufacture skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste products with third party and contract manufacturing solutions.

We are hiring a PM Store Executive to manage cartons, sleeves, labels, and printed packaging materials used in cosmetic and oral care manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
✔Receive cartons, sleeves, labels, and packaging materials.
✔Check quantity, item code, artwork, and material condition.
✔Prepare GRN and maintain inward records.
✔Coordinate with QC for material checking and approval.
✔Store materials safely to avoid damage or mix-up.
✔Maintain approved, rejected, hold, and under-check status.
✔Issue packaging materials to production as per requirement.
✔Follow FIFO system for stock movement.
✔Maintain stock, issue, return, and outward records.
✔Report shortage, wrong artwork, damage, or low stock.

Required Skills
✔Basic knowledge of PM Store or packaging material store.
✔Understanding of cartons, sleeves, labels, and printed packaging.
✔Good counting and checking skills.
✔Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
✔Knowledge of FIFO and stock control.
✔Good documentation skills.
✔Attention to detail.
✔Coordination with QC, production, purchase, and planning teams.
✔Freshers and 1-2 years experienced candidates can apply.

Educational Qualification
✔12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
