PM Store Executive – Cosmetic Packaging Material

We are hiring a detail-oriented and dependable PM Store Executive to manage packaging material inventory — specifically cartons and sleeves — at our Bavla manufacturing plant. This is a ground-level, hands-on role critical to ensuring smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities
✔Receive, inspect, and record packaging materials — cartons, sleeves, and related items — at the PM store
✔Verify inbound material quality and quantity against purchase orders and GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
✔Maintain systematic storage of cartons and sleeves following FIFO / FEFO principles
✔Issue packaging materials to production lines as per work orders and material requirements
✔Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in ERP / SAP or manual registers daily
✔Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist in cycle count audits
✔Coordinate with procurement, QC, and production teams for material planning and availability
✔Identify and flag damaged, expired, or non-conforming packaging material for rejection or return
✔Ensure proper labelling, bin tagging, and location management within the store
✔Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with GMP and warehouse standards

Educational qualification
