HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of PM Sourcing Executive / Packaging Procurement Officer / Packaging Material Buyer (Cosmetics / FMCG / Pharma) based in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.
We are hiring a PM Sourcing Executive / Packaging Procurement Officer / Packaging Material Buyer with strong experience in packaging material procurement, packaging sourcing, and packaging purchase for cosmetic, skincare, personal care, FMCG, and pharma products under third party manufacturing.
The role involves hands-on exposure to cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, pharma packaging purchase, and FMCG packaging buyer activities with focus on cost, quality, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Execute packaging material procurement, packaging sourcing, and packaging purchase for tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging sourcing across cosmetics and FMCG categories.
✔ Manage cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, pharma packaging purchase, and third party manufacturing procurement requirements.
✔ Work as a packaging material buyer handling PM procurement and PM sourcing for tubes, lami tubes, plastic bottles (HDPE/PET), glass bottles, mono cartons, labels, sleeves, pouches, and sachets.
✔ Drive vendor development packaging including supplier sourcing, vendor onboarding, vendor evaluation, and vendor relationship management.
✔ Handle RFQ, quotation comparison, cost analysis, and price negotiation as part of packaging purchase executive and FMCG procurement activities.
✔ Ensure cost optimization, quality control, and timely delivery in packaging material sourcing and packaging procurement operations.
✔ Coordinate with R&D, production, QC, and marketing teams for packaging sourcing and third party manufacturing procurement execution.
✔ Manage packaging specifications including measurements, artwork alignment, labeling, stickering, and packaging development.
Candidate Requirements
✔ 2–6 years experience in packaging material procurement / packaging sourcing / packaging purchase / PM sourcing / PM procurement.
✔ Experience as packaging material buyer / packaging sourcing executive / packaging purchase executive / FMCG packaging buyer / procurement officer.
✔ Strong knowledge of cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, pharma packaging purchase, and FMCG procurement.
✔ Hands-on experience in tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging sourcing.
✔ Experience in vendor development packaging, supplier management, and cost negotiation.
✔ Strong negotiation, costing, analytical, and communication skills.
