Plant HR Recruiter Job in Bavla, Ahmedabad – HCP Wellness Private Limited

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, toothpaste, and personal care manufacturing, offering customized third party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and private label solutions for growing cosmetic and personal care brands.

We are hiring a dedicated and result-oriented Plant HR Recruiter to manage factory recruitment, manpower hiring, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR support for our growing manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, factory, production, packing, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and admin roles.
Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, consultants, local hiring channels, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews with plant heads, department heads, supervisors, and hiring managers.
Support manpower planning as per production, packing, warehouse, and factory department requirements.
Prepare and publish job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, and other recruitment platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, joining reports, and hiring MIS.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussion, offer coordination, and joining confirmation.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future plant hiring requirements.
Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and basic HR records.
Ensure timely recruitment closure while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all plant recruitment activities.

Required Skills
Good experience in plant recruitment, factory hiring, and HR recruitment.
Knowledge of hiring for production, packing, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and factory roles.
Strong understanding of local hiring channels, job portals, consultants, and reference hiring.
Excellent communication, coordination, and candidate follow-up skills.
Good resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation ability.
Ability to manage manpower requirements in a manufacturing plant environment.
Basic understanding of HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and recruitment reporting.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Ability to coordinate with plant heads, supervisors, department heads, and management.
Target-oriented mindset with ownership, discipline, and professional attitude.

Educational Qualification
MBA in HR / PGDM in HR / MHRM preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years
