HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring an experienced and responsible Packing Supervisor for our Bavla manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily packing operations, managing packing manpower, monitoring product labeling, ensuring packing quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and completing packing targets on time.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in cosmetic packing, FMCG packing, pharma packing, personal care product packing, labeling, batch coding, manpower handling, and production floor supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily packing activities for skincare, hair care, oral care, toothpaste, and personal care products.
Manage packing workers and ensure proper manpower allocation as per daily production plan.
Monitor labeling, bottle packing, tube packing, carton packing, sealing, batch coding, and final packing processes.
Ensure packing is completed as per product specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Check product labels, MRP details, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, and packing material accuracy.
Coordinate with production, quality, store, dispatch, and maintenance teams for smooth packing operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and discipline in the packing area.
Reduce packing errors, material wastage, rework, leakage, damage, and rejection.
Maintain daily packing reports, manpower records, output details, rejection records, and material usage reports.
Train packing staff on SOPs, hygiene practices, product handling, safety rules, and packing instructions.
Ensure timely completion of packing targets and support dispatch readiness.
Report machine issues, manpower gaps, material shortages, or quality concerns to senior management.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of packing supervision, labeling, batch coding, and final product packing.
Experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, pharma, food, or manufacturing packing operations.
Ability to manage packing workers and maintain discipline on the floor.
Good understanding of packing materials such as labels, cartons, bottles, tubes, caps, boxes, and shrink sleeves.
Basic knowledge of GMP, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Ability to check label details, batch details, MRP, quantity, and product packing accuracy.
Good coordination skills with production, quality, store, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
Strong attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
Ability to maintain daily reports, packing records, and production updates.
Target-oriented, responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Educational QualificationDiploma, ITI, or 12th Pass with strong relevant experience in packing supervision, production packing, or manufacturing operations.
Experience Required
Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in packing supervision, production packing, FMCG packing, cosmetic packing, pharma packing, or manufacturing floor operations will be given preference.
