Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturer, is hiring a Senior Packing Executive Jobs in Ahmedabad, Bavla. The role involves overseeing packaging operations, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing efficiency in the packing department.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Supervise and manage packaging operations for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Ensure all packaging activities meet quality and safety standards.
✔Plan, coordinate, and monitor packaging schedules to meet production targets.
✔Implement and improve packaging processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
✔Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
✔Manage a team of packing staff and provide necessary training.
✔Conduct quality checks to ensure proper labeling, sealing, and packaging.
✔Coordinate with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
✔Maintain packaging reports, stock levels, and material usage records.
✔Troubleshoot any packaging-related issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

✔Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Packaging, Production, or a related field.
✔Minimum 3+ years of experience in packaging operations in the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
✔Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔Knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and quality control processes.
✔Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and industry regulations.
