SOP Compliance: Enforce rigorous adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring exact records are logged across batch packaging records (BPR) and line clearance forms.
Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct continuous in-process visual checks to eliminate defects such as misaligned labels, weak induction seals, incorrect batch codes, or damaged boxing.

Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical orientation to resolve packaging assembly bottlenecks under strict time limits.
Data Accuracy: Proficiency in basic calculations needed to determine production throughput percentages and material yields.
Software Basics: Comfortable with basic computerized entries (MS Excel, Word) for administrative shift reporting.
