HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring for a Packing Material job vacancy in Bavla, Ahmedabad. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in packaging materials, procurement, sourcing, inventory coordination, or cosmetics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
✔Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of bottles, jars, tubes, caps, pumps, labels, cartons, laminates, and other packing materials.
✔Obtain quotations, compare supplier proposals, and support vendor selection based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
✔Prepare purchase requirements and follow up with approved vendors to ensure timely material availability.
✔Verify packaging specifications, samples, artwork references, and approved standards before ordering materials.
✔Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, warehouse, stores, and product development teams.
✔Monitor packing material inventory, consumption, shortages, reorder levels, and delivery schedules.
✔Support incoming material inspection and coordinate the resolution of damaged, rejected, or non-conforming supplies.
✔Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchase orders, approvals, test reports, stock status, and material movements.
✔Track open orders and provide regular updates on expected delivery dates and supply risks.
✔Assist with packaging trials, new product launches, and changes to existing packaging components.
✔Identify opportunities for cost optimization, alternate vendor development, and packaging waste reduction.
✔Follow company quality systems, documentation procedures, safety requirements, and applicable packaging standards.

Required Skills
✔Working knowledge of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.
✔Understanding of packing material procurement, sourcing, vendor development, or material coordination.
✔Familiarity with bottles, tubes, jars, caps, pumps, labels, cartons, and flexible packaging.
✔Basic knowledge of material planning, inventory control, and purchase order follow-up.
✔Ability to review packaging specifications, samples, artwork references, and quality requirements.
✔Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP or inventory-management software.
✔Strong vendor communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
✔Good documentation, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
✔Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines.
✔Experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, packaging, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.

Educational Qualification
✔Diploma or bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔Candidates with an equivalent qualification and relevant packing material experience may also apply.

Experience Required
✔1 to 2 Years (Packing / Packaging Material / FMCG Manufacturing preferred)
