HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of Packaging Purchase Executive / Vendor Development – Cosmetic Packaging & PM Procurement based in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.
We are looking for a Packaging Purchase Executive / Vendor Development Executive with strong experience in packaging material procurement, packaging sourcing, and PM procurement for cosmetic, skincare, personal care, and pharma products.
This role is ideal for candidates working in packaging purchase, packaging material sourcing, or as a packaging material buyer handling third party manufacturing procurement and FMCG packaging requirements.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle packaging purchase and packaging material procurement for tube packaging, bottle packaging, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging.
✔ Execute packaging sourcing for cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, and pharma packaging purchase projects.
✔ Lead vendor development packaging including new supplier identification, vendor onboarding, and relationship management.
✔ Work on PM procurement and PM sourcing activities ensuring cost-effective packaging material sourcing.
✔ Manage RFQ, quotation comparison, and price negotiation as part of packaging purchase executive role.
✔ Ensure quality standards across all packaging materials including tubes, bottles, labels, mono cartons, and pouches.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for third party manufacturing procurement and packaging execution.
✔ Handle packaging specifications, measurements, artwork alignment, labeling, and stickering.
Candidate Requirements
✔ 2–5 years experience in packaging purchase / packaging material procurement / packaging sourcing.
✔ Experience in cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, or pharma packaging purchase.
✔ Hands-on experience in vendor development packaging and supplier management.
✔ Knowledge of tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, and label and carton procurement.
✔ Strong negotiation, costing, and communication skills.
