HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of Packaging Procurement Executive – Supplier Sourcing & Market Research (Cosmetics / FMCG / Pharma) based in Sindhu Bhavan , Ahmedabad.
We are hiring a Packaging Procurement Executive – Supplier Sourcing & Market Research with strong experience in packaging material procurement, packaging sourcing, and packaging purchase for cosmetic, skincare, personal care, FMCG, and pharma products under third party manufacturing.
The role requires hands-on exposure to cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, pharma packaging purchase, along with strong focus on supplier sourcing, market research, and cost benchmarking as a packaging material buyer.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage packaging material procurement, packaging sourcing, and packaging purchase for tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging sourcing.
✔ Execute cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, pharma packaging purchase, and third party manufacturing procurement requirements.
✔ Work as a packaging material buyer handling PM procurement and PM sourcing for tubes, plastic bottles (HDPE/PET), glass bottles, mono cartons, labels, sleeves, pouches, and sachets.
✔ Conduct supplier sourcing, vendor search, and market research to identify cost-effective packaging material suppliers.
✔ Perform price benchmarking, RFQ, quotation comparison, and strong negotiation for packaging purchase and FMCG procurement.
✔ Drive vendor development packaging including supplier onboarding, vendor evaluation, and vendor relationship management.
✔ Monitor market trends, raw material price fluctuations, and supplier performance.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for third party manufacturing procurement and packaging execution.
✔ Manage packaging specifications including measurements, artwork alignment, labeling, stickering, and packaging development.
Candidate Requirements
✔ 2–5 years experience in packaging material procurement / packaging sourcing / packaging purchase.
✔ Experience in cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, or pharma packaging purchase.
✔ Strong exposure as packaging material buyer / FMCG packaging buyer / PM procurement.
✔ Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor search, and market research.
✔ Knowledge of tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging sourcing.
✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
