HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring for the position of Packaging Material Store Assistant – Fresher based in Bavla.
We are looking for an energetic and eager-to-learn Packaging Material Store Assistant (Fresher) to join our warehouse team at our Bavla plant. This is an entry-level role where you will be trained to handle, count, and organize packaging components like Cartons and Sleeves for our cosmetic and toothpaste production lines.
Key Responsibilities
✔Material Unloading: Assist in receiving and safely unloading incoming cartons, shrink sleeves, and outer boxes.
✔Physical Counting: Manually count and verify the quantity of received packaging materials against delivery paperwork.
✔Smart Storing: Learn and apply First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rules to stack and organize materials neatly in assigned racks.
✔Line Supply: Help prepare and shift the required packaging materials to the production floor as per daily plans.
✔Data Entry: Assist senior staff in updating daily inward/outward stock entries in Excel sheets or basic registers.
✔Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure the packaging store remains clean, dust-free, and organized daily according to company standards.
✔Stock Counts: Participate in monthly physical inventory counting checks alongside the store team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc, BBA) or 12th Pass with good counting skills.
✔Experience: No experience required. Complete on-the-job training will be provided.
✔Basic Math: Good numerical abilities for quick, accurate counting of bulk items.
✔Computer Basics: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations is a big advantage.
✔Attention to Detail: Ability to spot obvious print mistakes, color differences, or damage on packaging.
✔Attitude: Disciplined, willing to learn manufacturing processes, and physically active.
