Packaging Material Procurement / Sourcing Executive (Cosmetics / Skincare / Pharma)

We are hiring a Packaging Material Procurement / Packaging Sourcing Executive / Packaging Purchase Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end packaging material procurement, vendor development, and cost optimization.
This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Packaging Material Buyer, PM Procurement Executive, or PM Sourcing Executive in cosmetics, skincare, pharma, or FMCG industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Handle complete Packaging Material Procurement including tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging sourcing.
✔ Manage Packaging Sourcing activities for cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, and pharma packaging purchase requirements.
✔ Work as a Packaging Material Buyer to source plastic tubes (lami tubes), plastic bottles (HDPE/PET), glass bottles, mono cartons, labels, sleeves, pouches, and sachets.
✔ Develop and manage vendors for packaging material sourcing and vendor development packaging across multiple categories.
✔ Perform price negotiation, RFQ management, quotation comparison, and cost analysis as part of packaging purchase executive role.
✔ Ensure best pricing with high quality by applying strong PM procurement and PM sourcing strategies.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for third party manufacturing procurement requirements and ensure packaging aligns with client specifications.
✔ Handle measurements, artwork alignment, label and carton specifications, and stickering requirements.
✔ Monitor market trends related to FMCG packaging buyer activities and raw material pricing.
✔ Ensure timely availability of materials to support continuous production.
✔ Support new product launches through effective cosmetic packaging procurement and development.
✔ Maintain MIS reports, procurement documentation, and supplier records.

Required Skills

✔ Experience in Packaging Material Procurement, Packaging Sourcing Executive, or Packaging Purchase Executive role.
✔ Strong understanding of cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, and pharma packaging purchase.
✔ Hands-on experience as a Packaging Material Buyer or FMCG Packaging Buyer.
✔ Knowledge of tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement.
✔ Expertise in vendor development packaging and supplier management.
✔ Strong negotiation skills and cost optimization approach.
✔ Good coordination and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ 2 to 5 years of experience in packaging material procurement / packaging sourcing / packaging purchase.
✔ Industry preference: cosmetics, skincare, personal care, pharma, FMCG.
