Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturer, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team in Ahmedabad, Bavla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machines to ensure smooth production flow and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Operate, adjust, and maintain packaging machines for efficient production.
✔Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
✔Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and sealing of products as per quality standards.
✔Perform regular quality checks to detect and fix defects in packaging.
✔Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the packaging area.
✔Keep records of production, machine maintenance, and downtime.
✔Assist in loading packaging materials and maintaining stock levels.
✔Report any major malfunctions or mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
✔Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations.

Requirements:

✔Minimum 10th/12th pass or diploma in a technical field.
✔1+ years of experience as a Packaging Machine Operator, preferably in the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
✔Knowledge of packaging equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
✔Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines.
✔Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
✔Willingness to work in shifts if required.
