Key Responsibilities:

✔Supervise and manage packaging operations for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Ensure all packaging activities comply with company and industry quality standards.
✔Coordinate with the production team to maintain smooth packaging workflow.
✔Monitor packaging materials, stock levels, and procurement requirements.
✔Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
✔Implement cost-effective packaging solutions while maintaining quality.
✔Troubleshoot and resolve any packaging-related issues.
✔Maintain documentation related to packaging processes and compliance standards.
✔Ensure hygiene, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.
✔Train and guide packaging staff to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

✔Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
✔2+ years of experience in packaging operations, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
✔Strong understanding of packaging materials, machinery, and techniques.
✔Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control standards.
✔Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
✔Ability to manage a team and work under tight deadlines.
✔Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
