HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of Packaging Buyer – Third Party Manufacturing (Cosmetics / Skincare / Pharma) based in Ahmedabad.
We are hiring a Packaging Buyer with strong experience in packaging material procurement, packaging sourcing, and packaging purchase for third party manufacturing of cosmetic, skincare, personal care, and pharma products.
This role is ideal for candidates working as packaging material buyer, PM procurement executive, or FMCG packaging buyer with exposure to cosmetic packaging procurement and skincare packaging sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle packaging material procurement and packaging sourcing for tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging sourcing.
✔ Execute cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, and pharma packaging purchase requirements for third party manufacturing projects.
✔ Work as a packaging buyer managing PM procurement and PM sourcing activities across multiple packaging categories.
✔ Drive vendor development packaging including supplier sourcing, vendor onboarding, and vendor relationship management.
✔ Manage RFQ, quotation comparison, and price negotiation for packaging purchase and FMCG procurement.
✔ Ensure cost-effective sourcing with best quality standards in packaging material procurement.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for third party manufacturing procurement and packaging execution.
✔ Handle packaging specifications including measurements, artwork alignment, labeling, and stickering.
Candidate Requirements
✔ 2–5 years experience in packaging material procurement / packaging sourcing / packaging purchase.
✔ Experience in cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, or pharma packaging purchase.
✔ Strong exposure as packaging material buyer / FMCG packaging buyer / PM procurement.
✔ Knowledge of tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, and label and carton procurement.
✔ Experience in vendor development packaging and supplier management.
✔ Strong negotiation, costing, and communication skills.
