Operations Executive Vacancy in Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
✔Coordinate daily manufacturing and business operations.
✔Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.
✔Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
✔Coordinate with production, purchase, warehouse, QA, and dispatch teams.
✔Track customer orders and production status.
✔Monitor inventory and stock records.
✔Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational processes.
✔Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement.
✔Maintain ERP and Excel-based operational data.
✔Assist in dispatch planning and timely order execution.

Required Skills
✔2+ years of operations or manufacturing experience.
✔Strong communication and coordination skills.
✔Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
✔Knowledge of ERP software is preferred.
✔Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
✔Ability to work under deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
✔Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
✔Understanding of production and inventory processes.

Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Operations, or a related field.
✔Experience in the cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
