Key Responsibilities
✔Production Planning: Schedule daily batch processing for skincare and personal care lines.
✔Inventory Control: Monitor raw material stocks and packaging to ensure uninterrupted runs.
✔Client Order Tracking: Align third-party and OEM production runs with client schedules.
✔Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to cosmetic GMP and plant safety standards.
✔Floor Operations: Resolve daily shop-floor bottlenecks to keep yield on target.
✔Outbound Logistics: Coordinate packing, staging, and timely dispatch of finished goods.
✔Vendor Follow-up: Track raw material and packaging deliveries from external suppliers.
✔ERP Management: Log daily production outputs and maintain accurate batch records.
✔Waste Minimization: Track shop-floor material usage to reduce loss and costs.
✔Cross-Team Support: Work with R&D, QA/QC, and sales teams on new product launches.
Required Skills
✔Industry Experience: 2+ years in personal care or cosmetic manufacturing plants.
✔Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiar with third-party, OEM, and private label processes.
✔ERP Software: Hands-on experience with ERP tools (SAP, Tally, or plant software).
✔Stock Management: Skilled in inventory audits and material reconciliation.
✔Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational delays on the floor.
✔Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for cross-department tracking.
✔Reporting Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word for daily production reporting.
✔Quality Compliance: Sound understanding of cosmetic GMP guidelines.
Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or Industrial/Chemical Engineering.
Experience
✔2+ Years (Skincare / Personal Care / Pharma)
