Operations Executive – Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturing

HCP Wellness is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive – Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturing to coordinate daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth execution of private label and contract manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in production planning, order coordination, inventory management, documentation, and cross-functional communication within the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
✔Coordinate daily private label cosmetic manufacturing operations.
✔Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time order execution.
✔Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Packaging teams.
✔Track customer orders from production to dispatch.
✔Maintain production records, operational reports, and ERP data.
✔Monitor raw material availability and finished goods inventory.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, SOPs, and quality standards.
✔Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
✔Resolve day-to-day operational challenges in coordination with internal departments.
✔Ensure timely communication between manufacturing teams and management.
✔Assist in production planning for OEM, ODM, and third-party manufacturing projects.
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Required Skills
✔Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
✔Experience in private label, cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
✔Strong understanding of production planning and operational workflows.
✔Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
✔Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and quality management systems.
✔Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✔High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
✔Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
✔Relevant experience in manufacturing operations will be preferred.
