Key Responsibilities
✔Oversee daily plant and production operations for smooth execution
✔Monitor raw material and packaging material inventory levels
✔Coordinate procurement planning to prevent production delays
✔Track production schedules to ensure timely order completion
✔Liaise between production, quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams
✔Maintain accurate MIS reports, records, and operational documentation
✔Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and quality compliance standards
✔Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for on-time material delivery
✔Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements
✔Manage dispatch planning and logistics coordination
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management
✔Support internal and external audits with required documentation

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations
✔Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/inventory systems
✔Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills
✔Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
✔High attention to detail and process discipline
✔Working knowledge of GMP/quality compliance (preferred)
✔Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
✔Vendor coordination and supply chain management experience
✔Solid reporting and team-coordination skills

Educational Qualification
✔Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)
✔MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
✔Prior experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharma manufacturing preferred
