HCP Wellness is hiring an experienced Operations Executive to manage and coordinate daily manufacturing operations at our state-of-the-art production facility in Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in production coordination, inventory management, operational planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
✔Coordinate daily manufacturing and production operations.
✔Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order execution.
✔Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
✔Maintain inventory records and monitor stock availability.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.
✔Update ERP systems and maintain accurate operational documentation.
✔Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
✔Support production planning for private label, OEM, ODM, and contract manufacturing projects.
✔Assist management in achieving production and operational targets.
Required Skills
✔Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
✔Strong organizational and coordination skills.
✔Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
✔Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
✔Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✔Knowledge of cosmetic, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or personal care manufacturing is preferred.
✔Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔Relevant manufacturing experience will be preferred.
