Key Responsibilities
✔Production Planning: Schedule daily batch processing for cosmetic and personal care lines.
✔Inventory Control: Track raw materials and packaging stock to avoid plant delays.
✔Client Order Alignment: Coordinate third-party client orders with floor execution teams.
✔GMP Compliance: Ensure factory operations adhere strictly to GMP and ISO guidelines.
✔Floor Troubleshooting: Resolve shop-floor line delays to maintain daily target yield.
✔Dispatch Logistics: Manage finished goods packing, staging, and outbound shipments.
✔Vendor Tracking: Coordinate with material suppliers for timely raw and packing deliveries.
✔ERP Data Logging: Maintain daily batch production records and entries in ERP.
✔Waste Reduction: Monitor batch yields on filling lines to lower material waste.
✔Cross-Team Support: Work with QA/QC, R&D, and sales for smooth new product launches.
Required Skills
✔Industry Experience: 2+ years in a cosmetic or personal care manufacturing plant.
✔Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiar with third-party, OEM, and private label operations.
✔ERP Proficiency: Practical experience with ERP software (SAP, Tally, or custom plant systems).
✔Stock Management: Skilled in inventory audits, material tracking, and yield reporting.
✔Problem Solving: Ability to handle fast-paced floor operations and resolve delays.
✔Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for cross-team coordination.
✔Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Excel and Word for daily production reporting.
✔Regulatory Compliance: Basic understanding of cosmetic GMP and plant safety norms.
Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or Industrial/Production Engineering.
