HCP Wellness is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily manufacturing and business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating production activities, maintaining operational records, communicating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
✔Coordinate day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.
✔Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.
✔Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
✔Coordinate with production, purchase, warehouse, and quality teams.
✔Track customer orders and production progress.
✔Maintain inventory and stock movement records.
✔Follow company SOPs and operational processes.
✔Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.
✔Support dispatch planning and order fulfillment.
✔Ensure accurate data entry in ERP or Excel systems.
Required Skills
✔Strong organizational and coordination skills.
✔Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
✔Experience with ERP software is an advantage.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✔Good documentation and reporting skills.
✔Team player with a positive attitude.
✔Attention to detail and accuracy.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Operations, or a related field.
✔Candidates with relevant manufacturing operations experience will be preferred.
Experience Required
✔2+ Years (Cosmetics, FMCG, or Pharma Manufacturing)
