Operations Executive Hiring in Ahmedabad

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, headquartered in Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste manufacturing, offering customized third-party and contract manufacturing solutions to growing personal care brands across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
✔Manage day-to-day plant and production operations efficiently
✔Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials
✔Plan procurement schedules to prevent production delays
✔Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time order completion
✔Coordinate between production, quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams
✔Maintain operational documentation, MIS reports, and records
✔Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and quality compliance standards
✔Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery
✔Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvement measures
✔Supervise dispatch planning and logistics coordination
✔Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review
✔Support internal and external audits with required documentation

Required Skills
✔Sound understanding of manufacturing and plant operations
✔Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems
✔Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
✔Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
✔Analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving approach
✔High attention to detail and process accuracy
✔Familiarity with GMP/quality compliance standards (preferred)
✔Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
✔Experience in vendor and supply chain coordination
✔Reporting and basic team-coordination skills

Educational Qualification
✔Graduate in any stream (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)
✔MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field is an added advantage
✔Prior experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharma manufacturing preferred
