HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring for the position of Operations Executive – Cosmetic Manufacturing (Private Label & OEM) | HCP Wellness, Ahmedabad based in Ahmedabad.

We specialize in custom OEM, third-party, and contract manufacturing solutions for high-growth global and domestic personal care brands across skincare, hair care, oral care, and oral hygiene products.
Key Responsibilities
✔OEM & Private Label Batch Planning: Schedule daily manufacturing and filling runs for skincare, hair care, and oral care batches.
✔Material & Inventory Control: Track raw materials and primary/secondary packaging stock levels to avoid plant downtime.
✔Client Account Coordination: Act as the liaison between private label client requirements and floor production teams.
✔GMP & Quality Adherence: Ensure all shop-floor activities follow strict GMP, ISO, and standard manufacturing guidelines.
✔Floor Bottleneck Resolution: Address operational delays and optimize equipment utilization to keep batch timelines on schedule.
✔Dispatch & Outbound Logistics: Coordinate timely order packing, staging, and carrier dispatches for client fulfillment.
✔Vendor & Material Tracking: Monitor delivery timelines with packaging and ingredient suppliers for upcoming production runs.
✔ERP Logging & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date batch production records (BPR), daily output logs, and ERP system entries.
✔Yield & Waste Management: Monitor material reconciliation on filling lines to minimize product loss and operational costs.
✔Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA/QC, R&D, and sales management to ensure smooth New Product Development (NPD).
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔Industry Experience: 2+ years in operations, shop-floor management, or supply chain within cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceuticals.
✔OEM/Third-Party Knowledge: Familiarity with private label contract manufacturing processes and client batch fulfillment.
✔ERP & Software Skills: Practical experience operating ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Tally, or custom ERP systems).
✔Inventory Analytics: Proficiency in raw material reconciliation, stock checking, and packaging inventory workflows.
✔Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to handle fast-paced production changes and resolve floor line delays promptly.
✔Technical Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-department coordination.
✔Data Literacy: Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Microsoft Excel and Word) for daily yield and output tracking.
✔Regulatory Compliance: Basic understanding of cosmetic safety guidelines and factory manufacturing norms.
Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Science (B.Sc), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Production/Chemical Engineering.
Experience Required
2+ Years (Cosmetics, FMCG, or Pharma Manufacturing)
