HCP Wellness is seeking a motivated Operations Executive – Cosmetic Manufacturing to support and coordinate daily manufacturing operations at our production facility in Bavla, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning, inventory control, operational documentation, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization within the cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
✔Coordinate day-to-day cosmetic manufacturing operations.
✔Plan and monitor production schedules for timely order execution.
✔Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
✔Track raw material availability and finished goods inventory.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.
✔Monitor production efficiency and support process improvements.
✔Coordinate customer order status and manufacturing timelines.
✔Maintain ERP records, production documentation, and MIS reports.
✔Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational delays.
Required Skills
✔2+ years of experience in cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing.
✔Strong knowledge of production and manufacturing operations.
✔Experience in production planning and inventory management.
✔Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
✔Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and manufacturing best practices.
✔Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✔Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
✔Positive attitude with strong teamwork abilities.
Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
✔Candidates with experience in cosmetic manufacturing or personal care production will be preferred.
