Key Responsibilities
✔Contract Batch Planning: Schedule daily runs for cosmetics, skincare, and oral care orders.
✔Material Tracking: Monitor raw ingredient and packaging stocks to prevent plant downtime.
✔Client Order Alignment: Coordinate contract manufacturing schedules with client timelines.
✔GMP Compliance: Ensure plant floor operations align with GMP, ISO, and safety standards.
✔Floor Operations: Resolve daily shop-floor bottlenecks to keep daily output on target.
✔Despatch Operations: Oversee packaging staging, bulk packing, and outbound dispatch logistics.
✔Vendor Follow-up: Track delivery schedules with third-party packaging and chemical suppliers.
✔ERP Logging: Maintain accurate daily batch records (BPR) and production entries in ERP.
✔Yield Optimization: Monitor line waste during filling and packing to cut operational costs.
✔Cross-Team Coordination: Partner with R&D, QA/QC, and sales for new client formulations.
Required Skills
✔Industry Experience: 2+ years in contract manufacturing for cosmetics, skincare, or oral care.
✔Manufacturing Workflows: Solid understanding of third-party and OEM production processes.
✔ERP Proficiency: Practical experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Tally, or plant software).
✔Inventory Control: Skilled in stock auditing, material reconciliation, and yield tracking.
✔Problem Solving: Ability to clear shop-floor line delays quickly under tight deadlines.
✔Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for vendor and team coordination.
✔Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Excel and Word for daily yield and batch reporting.
✔Quality Compliance: Knowledge of cosmetic safety norms and factory regulatory guidelines.
Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or Industrial/Chemical Engineering.
