Key Responsibilities
✔Manage daily plant and production operations for smooth workflow
✔Monitor raw material and packaging material inventory levels
✔Plan and coordinate procurement to avoid production downtime
✔Track production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment
✔Coordinate between production, quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams
✔Maintain accurate operational records, MIS reports, and documentation
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and quality standards
✔Follow up with vendors and suppliers for on-time material delivery
✔Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements
✔Oversee dispatch planning and logistics coordination
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
✔Assist with internal and external audit documentation

Required Skills
✔Strong understanding of manufacturing and plant operations
✔Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/inventory systems
✔Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills
✔Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔Analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
✔High attention to detail and process discipline
✔Working knowledge of GMP/quality compliance (preferred)
✔Ability to manage priorities under production deadlines
✔Vendor management and supply chain coordination experience
✔Good reporting and team-coordination skills

Educational Qualification
✔Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)
✔MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management is a plus
✔Prior experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharma manufacturing preferred
